本報訊 （記者 吳莎莎）2022年12月29日，記者獲悉：省農(nong) 業(ye) 農(nong) 村廳日前公布了首批省級現代農(nong) 業(ye) 全產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣名單，西安市鄠邑區等20個(ge) 縣（市、區）被認定為(wei) 陝西省首批現代農(nong) 業(ye) 全產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣。

　　本次認定的首批20個(ge) 省級現代農(nong) 業(ye) 全產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣分別為(wei) ：西安市鄠邑區葡萄產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、寶雞市岐山縣“一碗麵”經濟產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、寶雞市眉縣獼猴桃產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、寶雞市隴縣乳製品產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、鹹陽市興(xing) 平市糧食產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、鹹陽市涇陽縣蔬菜產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、鹹陽市淳化縣蘋果產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、銅川市耀州區中藥材產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、渭南市白水縣蘋果產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、渭南市蒲城縣家禽產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、渭南市富平縣乳製品產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、延安市安塞區蔬菜產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、延安市洛川縣蘋果產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、榆林市神木市肉牛肉羊產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、榆林市靖邊縣馬鈴薯產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、漢中市西鄉(xiang) 縣茶產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、安康市漢濱區生豬產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、安康市紫陽縣茶產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、商洛市柞水縣食用菌產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣、韓城市花椒產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣。

　　據了解，省農(nong) 業(ye) 農(nong) 村廳把乳製品、生豬、茶葉、蔬菜、蘋果、家禽、食用菌、肉牛肉羊、獼猴桃九大產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈建設作為(wei) 推進農(nong) 業(ye) 高質量發展的重要抓手。全省各地湧現出一批現代農(nong) 業(ye) 全產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣。

　　我省建立“鏈長”工作機製，強化省市縣三級協同聯動；篩選涵蓋了全省64個(ge) 縣（市、區）的重點縣區，確定64家“鏈主”企業(ye) 和53家重點企業(ye) ，形成了產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈發展的“核心帶”和“鏈主群”；推進項目建設落實落地，九大產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈200個(ge) 重大項目開工率達100%，年內(nei) 累計完成投資107.77億(yi) 元，新增就地就近務工崗位超過3萬(wan) 個(ge) 、聯農(nong) 帶農(nong) 超過15萬(wan) 人次；強化金融服務，建立“行長+鏈長”機製，調度征集各產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈重點龍頭企業(ye) 金融服務訴求104項，已落實資金1.548億(yi) 元，扶持102家農(nong) 業(ye) 龍頭企業(ye) 設立金融顧問，落實新型農(nong) 業(ye) 經營主體(ti) 信貸直通車政策，累計授信65億(yi) 元、發放貸款24.75億(yi) 元；突出典型示範，開展全產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈典型縣示範創建工作；強化載體(ti) 建設，累計創建8個(ge) 國家現代農(nong) 業(ye) 產(chan) 業(ye) 園、5個(ge) 優(you) 勢特色產(chan) 業(ye) 集群、41個(ge) 農(nong) 業(ye) 產(chan) 業(ye) 強鎮、66個(ge) 省級現代農(nong) 業(ye) 產(chan) 業(ye) 園、23個(ge) 省級農(nong) 產(chan) 品加工園區和190個(ge) “一村一品”示範村鎮，著力構建以強鎮為(wei) 基礎、園區為(wei) 引擎、集群為(wei) 骨幹的全產(chan) 業(ye) 鏈建設支撐平台。
